Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Denmark only. International expansion is on the roadmap.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after the brand ships. Brands ship from their own studios; exact times vary per brand.

How much is shipping?

49 DKK per order, free for orders over 500 DKK.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once the brand ships, the tracking link appears on your order in /account/orders.

Returns & refunds

How do I return something?

Open the order in /account/orders and click Request return. You have 14 days from delivery under Danish consumer law.

When do I get my refund?

Within 14 days of us receiving the returned items, usually sooner.

Who pays return shipping?

You do, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe. All prices are in DKK and include 25% Danish VAT.

Is my card safe?

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your card number.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes — every paid order has a printable Danish VAT invoice at the bottom of the order detail page.

What sizes do you stock?: Most pieces come in EU 32–44. See our /size-guide for measurements.
What if my size sells out?: Brands restock at their own pace. Wishlist a product and we'll notify you when it returns (coming soon).

How do I change my password?: Account → Edit profile.
How do I delete my account?: Account → Data & privacy → Delete my account. Order records are kept for 5 years to comply with Danish accounting law.
